Principal Consultant.
He has worked with Companies like Bajaj Auto Finance Limited, Thermax Limited, Sandvik Asia
Pvt. Limited and ARaymond Fasteners India Pvt Ltd.at various positions like HR Head,GM HR
and VP HR.
As a HR professional, his major contributions are in the areas of Talent Acquisition,
Performance Management Systems, Talent Management & Succession Planning,
Compensations & Benefits. Human Resource Management Systems is the area where he has
played an instrumental role for the successful implementation with customization in line with the
organization culture.
In Sandvik, he has led India& UAE HR Shared Services from the front and subsequently
involved in setting up the Global Service Center supporting all HR Shared Services across the
Globe for data and reporting services. This Centrehas supported more than 65 countries across
the world.

Development Interventions in many organisations.
Sunil is a Certified Assessor for psychometric assessment tool- CB5 and empaneled as
Knowledge Consultant for the same. Through this assessment tool, he provides feedback for
personality profile, Candidature fitment, Managerial& Leadership Competencies to individuals,
professionals and organisations.
He is a Certified HR Coaching Professional by National HRD Network & Coach Mantra and
engaged in the executive coaching assignments for Managers.
